No Refunds, Exchange-Only Policy

At CEL we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our Exchange Policy below:

1. Exchange-Only Policy:

We do not offer refunds. However, if your item does not work out or arrives damaged, you may request an exchange or replacement.

2. Eligibility for Exchange:

• Exchanges must be requested within 5 business days of the item being delivered.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all tags, accessories, and components.

3. Exchange Process:

• Contact us at shopcelthebrand@gmail.com within the 5-business-day window to request an exchange or replacement. Please provide proof of purchase and details of the issue (e.g., photos of any damage).

• Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and processing the exchange or replacement.

4. Conditions for Approval:

• Exchanges will only be approved for items that meet the eligibility criteria.

• Items showing signs of use, wear, or intentional damage will not be accepted for exchange.

5. Shipping Costs:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

• For approved exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

6. Non-Exchangeable Items:

Certain items may be ineligible for exchange, including but not limited to final-sale items or custom products. These exceptions will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.
